Satisfyer US

Satisfyer is a German sexual health brand that debuted in the United States and tapped Bella PR to help the brand gain visibility in their new American market.


I was tasked with adapting the brand's cheeky brand voice and tone from overseas into a brand voice and tone that would be sassy, but resonate with American consumers.  My responsibilities also included social media content creation fo copy and all graphics as well as social media community management.

Satisfyer's products are globally award-winning for both their technology and design, this was something that needed to be kept top-of-mind when crafting our content as well.  


My focus in all the assets I created across women's, men's and partner was to create individual voices that also resided within the same parent umbrella. They each still carried their own unique colour palette, look, feel and sound, but at the same time easily were identifiable beyond just the logo.  


For some, the subject area itself can be handled with vulgarity. For my work, however, I took on this task and I  approached the genre with maturity, health-top-of-mind, humor, every day human nature and candor.  Satisfyer, also, approached women's sexual health as a means for women to be independent and not feel shame about their bodies. I used this key pillar in my content. 

.Big Hair No Care. (now RadSwan)

British-Cameroonian Freddie Harrel created .Big Hair No Care. as a conscious beauty brand for the global African diaspora. Originally, a beauty blogger she built her brand of afro-hair extensions as a way to give women in the diaspora more ways to creatively express themselves, embrace their own natural hair, feel empowered and authentic. 

I used Freddie as a the 'persona' for my content by delving into her past blog entries, media interviews and interviewing Freddie herself.  I wanted to tap into the core of what resonated about Freddie with the global African diaspora, and put that symmetry into words, digital-pen-to-graphic.
