Lancôme, USA and DMI

I led copywriting, SEO (front end, store front and e-retail), editing and content creation and/or refreshing for both Lancôme US and selected DMI campaigns (Hong Kong, China, Paris, Canada, South Korea, France.)


This included developing assets on existing and new-to-market products, and revitalizing the US brand voice/tone. I worked cross-functionally with PR, Sales, Education, Marketing and e-Boutique.


Some of my key events were: new to-market Ruby Cream Lipsticks and Idôle Fragrance ft. Zendaya, global re-launch of Juicy Tubes, launches of Mademoiselle Cooling Balms, Milk Peel, HydraZen Glow, etc., and Holiday (Christmas, Single’s Day, Lunar New Year ft. K-Pop idol Kris Wu for Advanced Génifique, Lancôme’s first male ambassador).


Additionally, I participated in East Asian market research to determine which East Asian Lancôme R&D products (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, China) would be beneficial to bring to the U.S.-market (i.e., Asian cult favourite, L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick #196 Orange Sanguine.)


My biggest SEO milestone was taking Lancôme’s Iconic 5 (products) organically from pages 2-5 of Google to page-1 via SEO.

I was responsible for curating, creating and strategizing digital content for the Redken DMI across 40 countries.


Some of my key projects were: building Redken's brand equity across B2B2C in order to position Redken as a choice for stylists.


My work spanned social media (Instagram and Facebook), SEO, copywriting for web and blogs, content for global digital media tool kits and writing public relations fact sheets and press releases.  


My biggest milestone was that I wrote the most successful, optimized for SEO, blog article (for terms “ombre v balayage”) in all of L’Oréal PPD and Luxe history at L’Oréal.  My article has organically ranked no.1 on Google since 2018.
