I worked with Unilever during two stages of my career: first leading digital and social communications for MAGNUM Ice Cream and Vaseline at Golin-Harris, and later directing creative and copy across the Unilever portfolio at U-Studio.

U-STUDIO RESPONSIBILITIES

• Served as Associate Creative Director of Copy and the team’s lead copywriter

• Co-managed the creative team and integrated agency partners

• Led copy, brand voice and content across websites, social media, print, digital advertising and product launches

• Developed scripts and storyboards for television, Spotify and Pandora

• Partnered with brand, shopper marketing, project management and creative teams

• Helped launch and refresh brands including Culture Republick, Love Home and Planet, St. Ives, Vaseline and MAGNUM Ice Cream

GOLIN-HARRIS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Led U.S. social media for MAGNUM Ice Cream and U.S. and global social media for Vaseline

• Managed junior team members and social media monitoring

• Led influencer and media relations for MAGNUM Ice Cream

• Developed digital advertising, press materials and partnership content

• Supported experiential activations at the Tribeca Film Festival, Bryant Park and New York Fashion Week

• Collaborated on influencer, celebrity and brand partnership agreements

Full-Circle Experience

After helping establish MAGNUM Ice Cream’s U.S. social presence in 2012, I returned to the brand at U-Studio in 2018 to refresh elements of the work I had originally helped create.

I helped build MAGNUM Ice Cream’s U.S. social presence from its early launch years, developing its original U.S. brand voice and leading social content strategy.

The Facebook community grew to more than 10 million fans. I also led social support for product launches and partnerships involving Alice + Olivia, Zac Posen, the Tribeca Film Festival, Rent the Runway, BCBGMAXAZRIA and Bryant Park.

For Vaseline, I managed U.S. and global social media communities totaling more than 3 million fans. My work included the Spray & Go launch, Rosy Lip Mini, Mom 2.0 and New York Fashion Week activations.

As Associate Creative Director of Copy, I worked across Unilever’s global portfolio rather than a single brand.

I led copy and content for social campaigns, product launches, websites, digital advertising, print, search and retail experiences. I also partnered with art directors on visual concepts, television storyboards and new brand identities.

Selected work included the launches of Love Home and Planet, Culture Republick, on-the-go deodorant wipes, bath bombs, St. Ives face mists and K-beauty-inspired eye masks.
